The City of York’s mission is to ensure a safe, clean, healthy, productive city where neighborhoods are revitalized, history is preserved, the natural environment is respected, and where all people can reach their full potential through education, commerce, culture, recreation and wellness. The Department of Public Works is housed under the City of York and it is their mission to provide safe, clean, healthy and productive building, infrastructure, programs and services as efficiently as possible for the people of York City. The City of York is seeking proposals from qualified firms and/or contractors with demonstrated professional competence and experience to provide special event services.
