FIRE-1644 - USA (Cathedral, California) - Fire and Ems Fire Marshal Professional Consultant Services - Deadline June 29,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide fire and ems fire marshal professional consultant services to the government authority located in Cathedral, CA.• Review and approval of development plans, construction plans, fire protection systems (fire alarms, fire sprinklers, fire access, water supply, Co2 plans (or any plan types that may be submitted for review)• Oversight of fire protection systems and testing and maintenance compliance• Attendance of bi–weekly Development Services Committee meetings• Coordination with Planning, Building, Engineering and Public Works and departments on development projects• Hazardous materials oversight and coordination with regulatory agencies (if applicable)• Emergency response support as required• The agency is clean, well maintained, and well managed• Provide problem solving methods for unique or challenging plan check or code interpretation issues• Ability to utilize and operate Energov permitting software and IG Inspect app to provide inspection results, comments, corrections and documentation• Inspect buildings and structures, for which fire permits have been issued, for compliance with the approved plans and applicable codes and ordinances(2) The contract period will be for one year.
