Design Build Project for CDBG-CV (22CV-S42) S. Lake Ave & Cherry Street

This Request for Proposals (RFP) is designed to contract with one Design-Build organization for the construction of CDBG-CV (22CV-S42) S. Lake Ave & Cherry Street. The CDBG-CV funds will be used to reconstruct roads, sidewalks, and walkways along Lake Avenue and Cherry Street. This will help facilitate social distancing in support of the City’s efforts to safely re-open public parks and other open spaces in accordance with CDC guidance. All upgrades and modifications covered by CDBG funding are within the boundaries of the City of Groveland benefiting all residents. The project service area is comprised of greater than 51% of persons who are low- to moderate income thus meeting the National Objective by primarily benefitting low-to moderate income individuals for Commercial Revitalization.
