Description
The existing chiller #2 has failed and is beyond its operational life. The project requires a turn-key installation of a new energy efficient 900 ton water-cooled chiller that is critical to the Central Energy plant to maintain current operating conditions. The STAR Center has an obligation to provide utility services (air conditioning system and chilled water) to the STAR Center tenants. This project will provide a more reliable air conditioning that is critical to the STAR center and tenant operations.
