(1) Vendor needs to provide family assistance program services to the government authority located in Michigan. • Provide family assistance program (fap) services. • Fap services offer modeling and demonstrations to families in the following areas: child nurturing, home management, nutrition, transportation, support attending hearings and medical appointments and support utilizing community resources and infant safe sleep practices as necessary. • Contractor will also provide parenting time support as needed to reduce the risk of child abuse and neglect and out–of–home placement.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 25, 2026.
