The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Quotes (RFQ) is to solicit quotes to furnish/provide exterior painting and stucco repair for at the Boys & Girls Club located at 429 Thorncliff Drive, Newport News, VA 23608. The purpose of this project is to enhance the aesthetic appeal, protect the buildings from weather damage, and maintain the overall integrity of the structures.
