ITES-10560 - USA (Tennessee) - Clinical Engineering and Health IT Integration Organizational Assessment and Recommendations Services - Deadline July 25,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide clinical engineering and health it integration organizational assessment and recommendations services to the government authority located in Tennessee.• Develop two to three organizational design options for the consolidated Clinical Engineering & Health IT Integration function, with pros/cons and risk analysis for each. • Address reporting structure options: analyse the trade–offs’ of this role reporting to the VP of Clinical Applications versus the VP of Technology Services. • Define the recommended scope for the Senior Director role, including which systems and functions should be included at launch versus phased in over time (e.g., overhead paging, mass notification, staff safety systems). • Provide a staffing model recommendation, including specific roles and FTE counts needed to close identified gaps (with particular focus on the integration engineering and nurse call support shortfalls). • Recommend a governance framework for clinical integration change management, monitoring, and incident response. • Deliver a comprehensive written report with findings, benchmarking data, organizational design recommendation, staffing model, governance framework, and phased implementation roadmap. • Present findings and recommendations to the executive steering committee (CIO, CMIO, VP Technology Services, VP Clinical Applications). • Provide a finalized or validated job description for the Senior Director of Clinical Engineering & Health IT Integration role, informed by assessment findings. • Deliver an executive summary suitable for board–level or senior leadership communication. • Identify specific staffing gaps, with particular attention to nurse call system support (Connexall/Hillrom/Jeron), integration engineering capacity, and 24/7 coverage requirements. • Review existing documentation: Connexall data flow architecture (provided), Harvey Team incident report and root cause analysis, BME equipment inventory and CMMS data, integration interface catalog, current org charts, and staffing data. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 11, 2026.
