Description

The County of Sacramento (“County”) is soliciting Proposals from qualified entities with demonstrated experience in the clean-up, removal and disposal of refuse from homeless encampments within the unincorporated areas of Sacramento. Additionally, this RFP seeks to identify a Proposer who can demonstrate a professional relationship with the County to improve health and safety for all Sacramento County residents. Proposers shall be licensed by the State of California to handle and transport regulated materials (sharps, bio-waste, other hazardous debris) including removal from waterways and drainage.
