RFP 25-103 Homeless Encampment Clean Up, Illegal Dumping Abatement and Graffiti Removal Services

The City of Banning (“City”) is seeking a qualified entity or individual (“Company”) to provide services for the cleanup and removal of homeless encampments, illegal dumping abatement, graffiti removal and outreach to private property owners. The contractor must adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations while performing these services. The City anticipates selecting one or two firm(s) to perform the services. A bidder may submit a proposal for both services or either the (Homeless Encampment Clean up, Illegal Dumping abatement) or (Graffiti Removal Services.) Proposals are requested from Companies that have a demonstrated ability to perform the tasks identified in this Request for Proposal (“RFP”).
