Hazardous Waste Clean-up, Disposal and Recycling Services (Rebid)

The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms (the “Offeror” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and proposals will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to establish a term Contract for the provision of hazardous waste clean-up, disposal and/or recycling services on an “as needed” basis, in accordance with the contract specifications and all appropriate Federal, State and local laws and regulations.
