(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic health record solution.– Software application that will replace agency current american data (ECS) system with a newer web–based application– Be offered as a Software–as–a–Service (SaaS), on–premises, or hybrid deployment model, with the vendor identifying the supported deployment options– Web based application with a mobile responsive application– Support modern web browsers and identify any desktop, mobile, or API capabilities.– Support Single Sign–On (SSO) using industry–standard protocols (SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, or equivalent).– Support Multi–Factor Authentication (MFA).(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
