School Health Services Electronic Health Record Management System

This project aims to implement an electronic health record (EHR) system throughout the entire Tucson Unified School District (TUSD), which encompasses approximately 90 School Health Offices, serving over 41,000 students. The EHR chosen will need to integrate seamlessly with Synergy (product of Edupoint), the Arizona State Immunization Information System (ASIIS), allow for immediate submission of Medicaid billable services for maximum reimbursement opportunities, and document student engagement both in the chronic condition management environment and the point of service (walk-in) services. Successful RFP submissions will ensure single sign on, include HIPAA/FERPA secured cloud storage, and be adaptable to TUSD's Health Services quality assurance and data analytics processes.
