Administrative Office Facility Renovation

The purpose of this invitation to bid is to establish a contract through sealed bids for the selection of a contractor to renovate the former Adult Daycare Center located at 653 SW 4th Street Homestead, FL. All work must comply with the approved drawings attached to this invitation to bid. This project is made possible through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding, so strict timeliness requirements apply. Bidders shall comply with all applicable requirements including 2 CFR, Part 200; 24 CFR Part 85; 24 CFR Part 570.489, 570.490, 570.502, 570.506, 570.508 & 570.509.
