ITB #054-0031-2530– Districtwide Moving and Relocation Services

The Putnam County School District (PCSD) is seeking qualified and experienced moving companies to provide comprehensive relocation services for district facilities. Over the next several years, PCSD will transition staff, furniture, equipment, instructional materials, and technology assets between existing campuses and new or renovated school sites as part of its long-term facilities improvement plan. Moves may include classrooms, administrative offices, and storage areas, with services such as packing, loading, transportation, unloading, and removal of packing materials. This contract aims to establish a reliable partnership with a moving company capable of supporting multiple projects as needed. The District’s goal is to ensure each transition is completed professionally, on schedule, and with minimal disruption to school operations or instructional activities.
