Professional Architecture/Engineering Design Services for Coral Springs Sportsplex

The City of Coral Springs, FL , is soliciting sealed responses for Project Title . Responses are to be submitted via the City's eProcurement Portal via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/coralsprings PRIOR TO Response Submission Time on Response Submission Date . Late responses will not be accepted. The City is soliciting qualification statements from experienced and qualified firms or individuals to provide professional architectural and engineering design services for the redevelopment of the Coral Springs Sportsplex. Services shall include, but are not limited to, the preparation of specifications, construction drawings, cost estimates, project administration, and support throughout the procurement process. This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the Consultants’ Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA), Florida Statutes 287.055. The Coral Springs Sportsplex, located at Sportsplex Drive and Royal Palm Boulevard and currently encompassing the Coral Springs Aquatic Complex, is planned for comprehensive redevelopment. The project includes the construction of a 12-court basketball gymnasium, renovation of the existing aquatic complex, and the addition of new community-focused amenities. The upgraded facilities are anticipated to feature food and beverage areas, front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations, gathering and congregation spaces, flexible meeting rooms, training and fitness areas, locker rooms, administrative offices, and a family entertainment area.
