Surprise Multi-Generational Community and Resource Center Construction Services

The City of Surprise (City) is seeking responsive and responsible bid proposal packages from qualified contractors for the coordination and construction of the full Scope of Work for the Project Title , located at 12641 West Santa Fe Drive, Surprise, AZ 85378, for the Department Name Department, per the Plans and Specifications included herein. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to the complete construction of the building, site, offsite improvements, lighting, utilities and all other scope items contained within the Project Documents. In accordance with the City Procurement Code, competitive sealed bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/surpriseaz until the date and time cited in this document. Late responses will not be considered. Offerors must carefully read the entire Invitation for Bid (IFB) package. Information regarding the requirements of this IFB may be obtained through the City’s e-Procurement Portal. The City shall not be held responsible for any oral instructions or formal documentation of any information exchange during a pre-bid meeting. Any changes to this IFB will be in the form of a published amendment. All technical questions regarding this IFB must be submitted in writing via the City’s e-Procurement Portal.
