Description
The District of Columbia Department of General Services (“DGS” or the “Department”), on behalf of the Office of the Secretary of the District of Columbia, is issuing this Invitation for Bids (“IFB”) to engage a Contractor (the “Contractor”) to provide all necessary services, supervision, permits, labor, supplies, equipment, and materials to perform Construction Services for New Department of Aging and Community Living (“DACL”) Ward 8 Senior Wellness Center (the “Project”) located at 1700 Q Street, SE Washington, DC 20020. The Contractor shall complete the Project’s requirements in accordance with Section C , Specifications/Scope of Work Statement (“SOW”) and Attachment J.1 , Specifications and Drawings, and other associated attachments of this IFB.
