SCREENING-2682 - USA (Anchorage, Alaska) - Psychological Screening and Evaluation Services - Deadline August 12,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide psychological screening and evaluation services to the government authority located in Anchorage, AK.• Psychological services include pre–employment psychological evaluations, fit–for duty evaluations, officer involved shooting and consultation services.• The contractor shall conduct pre–employment psychological evaluations using nationally recognized and validated objective tests to assess job suitability.• The contractor shall provide post incident consultation services for officers involved in the use of deadly force.• This will include providing in–depth personal history questionnaires and answer sheets to agency. Nationally validated applicant screening will be given greater preference to other possible screening methods.• Prior to the virtual interview, the contractor must supply to the state all necessary advanced applicant testing and evaluation material, either written or electronic, as requested by the recruitment unit.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
