Psychological Screening Services

Contractor agrees to provide Psychological Screening Services for the Washington County Sheriffs Office. This contract represents a five year agreement to provide a bifurcated pre-employment psychological screening when appropriate. Services offered will consist of Pre-Offer (non-medical) and Post-Offer (medical) stability screening on applicants pursuing employment within the Sheriffs Office. Screening will consist of: -Contractor will process a Personal History Questionnaire (PHQ) with report provided to the Sheriffs Office. -Contractor will provide the Sheriffs Office with a risk rating on candidates upon completion of the PHQ. -Contractor will also perform Post-Offer (medical) stability evaluations of selected candidates. Post-Offer evaluations will consist of psychological personality tests (e.g, PAI, MMPl-2), cognitive testing, a structured interview, biographical and collateral data, and data integration. -Contractor will provide a written report to the agency outlining findings and recommendations.
