(1) Vendor needs to provide bridge management system.• Implement a BMS that maintains a complete statewide bridge inventory, imports external agency collected bridge inspection data, and provides reportable analysis and solutions based on bridge condition, deficiencies, and life cycle performance• Include an asset management optimization tool to assist decision–makers in selecting cost–effective improvements and investment strategies for agency structure assets based on funding and performance target criteria.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
