ASM-2574 - USA (Washington) - Parks Division Work Order Asset Management and Related Services - Deadline July 29,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide parks division work order asset management and related services to the government authority located in WA.– Provide a range of professional services relating to asset management practices.– Work performed under this contract may include assessments, planning, analysis, facilitation, and implementation that helps the county improve stewardship of diverse asset types such as trails, natural areas, recreation facilities, buildings, and supporting infrastructure.– Services may include, but are not limited to, conducting asset management maturity assessments; developing strategic and tactical asset management documentation; evaluating data and technology systems; defining levels of service and risk frameworks; supporting maintenance and lifecycle planning; and improving processes related to asset onboarding, decommissioning, and long–term asset management workflows.– All deliverables shall support the County’s goals of enhancing asset condition, performance, reliability, and long–term sustainability through improved decision–making, clearer governance, and more consistent asset management practices.(2) The contract period will be for three years. (3) Pre–proposal conference will be held on July 14, 2026.
