This project is a state and federally funded project utilizing Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP) funding. This project will replace existing backplates on traffic signal heads with high visibility retroreflective backplates at various existing intersections throughout the City of Norfolk. Adjustments to other existing signal appurtenances will be required at some locations. DBE Goal: 0%
