EXTRA-72772 - USA (Alaska) - Condition and Humidity Assessment Professional Services - Deadline August 4,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide condition and humidity assessment professional services to the government authority located in Alaska.• Review owner furnished inspection and deficiency reports for both buildings.• Review owner furnished original pre–engineered metal building shop drawings, construction drawing set in Pdf format and photo documentation.• Review previous project documentation which includes HVAC upgrades, interior finishes, ADA elevator installation• Investigate interior and exterior conditions to identify sources of water infiltration and condensation.• Document extent of damage to affected areas and provide description of repairs needed to address the observed damage.• Assist owner with selection and quantity of compact humidity and temperature data logging devices.• Determine data logger device locations. Installation and removal after data logging period will be contracted separated by the owner.(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on July 20, 2026.
