Description
Notice is hereby given that the City of Rogers is seeking letters of interest from qualified consulting firms for the development of a city-wide bicycle and pedestrian master planning document. This procurement process is based upon Title 23 Code of Federal Regulations Part 172 – Procurement, Management, and Administration of Engineering and Design Related Services. The work will generally consist of project management, stakeholder and public engagement, data collection and analysis, network recommendations and mapping, development of an implementation plan and best-practice design guidelines, prepare a draft report, final document, and an update to the City’s Master Street Plan. This project includes federal-aid funds and all work will be reviewed and approved by the Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT). All work and contract requirements shall conform to requirements of the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), ARDOT, and the City of Rogers.
