The work will generally consist of providing engineering services that include surveying, environmental review/documentation, preliminary engineering, plan preparation, specifications, cost estimates, and construction/as-built engineering for the sidewalk project. The project shall conform to the requirements of the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and the Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT). The project is a Federal-aid Carbon Reduction Program Attributable (CRP>200k) Project and all work will be reviewed and approved by ARDOT.
