(1) Vendor needs to provide tower parking lot and balcony improvements service to the government authority located in Camden, NJ.• This work shall consist of a full waterproofing of the balcony slab and repainting its appurtenance.Work will include but not limited to cleaning and removal any dirt, mold/meadow, peeling paint,spalled concrete, from the existing surface• FINISHES/Protective Coatings– Part 1 – General– A. This specification describes the coating of substrates with an anti–carbonation, protective coating.– 1.02 Quality Assurance– A. Manufacturing qualifications: The manufacturer of the specified product shall be ISO 9001:2008certified and have in existence a recognized ongoing quality assurance program independentlyaudited on a regular basis.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 20, 2026.(4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 15, 2026
