EXTRA-71591 - USA (Missoula, Montana) - Restoration Advisory Board Support, Stakeholder Engagement and Consultation Services - Deadline July 3,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide restoration advisory board support, stakeholder engagement and consultation services to the government authority located in Missoula, MT.– Providing Tiered Partnering, Restoration Advisory Board (RAB) Support, and Stakeholder Engagement and Consultation Services for the US Army in collaboration with the US Army Environmental Command.– Demonstrated ability to work effectively with state regulatory agencies, including familiarity with state environmental restoration programs, permitting processes, and stakeholder engagement requirements.– A portfolio of successfully completed projects that highlight expertise in collaborative decision–making, stakeholder facilitation, and technical review of environmental remediation efforts.– Activities shall include planning, documentation, and maintenance of structured partnering activities (not including facilitation of partnering team meetings) for environmental restoration projects conducted under Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), and Defense Environmental Restoration Program (DERP) authority. Partnering team development may be provided at the installation, state, regional, project, or program level. – Provide communication and outreach support to Army‑managed environmental restoration websites and web‑based communication platforms by developing, updating, and organizing environmental restoration content.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 26, 2026.
