Auctioneer Services for City Property

The City of Pasadena is soliciting proposals from qualified, experienced firms to provide live auctioneer services at an in person location, and through online services for the sale of surplus property including but not limited to vehicles, office equipment, office furniture, heavy equipment, and other supplies and materials provided periodically by the City; and all other supportive services related to facilitating a public auction as outlined in this RFP. This RFP is based on requirements prescribed in the Pasadena Municipal Code, and current best practices. Additionally, information was also gathered during a public Request for Information prior to the release of this RFP.
