Leon County Government “County” is accepting proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive Custodial Services for select facilities managed by the Division of Facilities Management, as outlined in this Request for Proposals (RFP). Services must meet or exceed the performance standards and specifications detailed in the attached Scope of Services. The original term for the awarded Agreement(s) will be for one (1) year with four (4) 1-year renewal options for services as needed.
