Custodial Services for Escambia County Facilities

Escambia County, Florida (County) seeks to establish one or more contracts for custodial services in certain locations. The County is seeking qualified entities (Proposer or Contractor) to provide custodial services for 85 County buildings totaling almost 815,000 square feet located throughout the County. The Proposer must have the capability to provide all labor, supplies and equipment to clean and maintain the interior areas and exterior entrances for buildings as specified in the contract(s). The Proposer will provide sufficient personnel to complete all tasks as scheduled. Exhibit A provides a detailed description of the scope of services required under this RFP.
