Description
The County has an occasional need for H orizontal Directional Drilling ( HDD) installation of various sizes of high-density polyethylene ( HDPE) pipe on a planned basis and HDD installation of two inch (2”) and four inch (4”) Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) conduit on an emergency basis. The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to solicit competitive sealed Bids for Contractors to provide HDD services for installation of reclaimed water, potable water and sewer distribution piping.
