Horizontal Directional Drilling

GRU is seeking qualified vendors to provide horizontal directional drilling (HDD) services for an upcoming infrastructure project. The primary objective is to install underground utility lines, including, but not limited to, water, sewer, gas, electric and telecommunications—beneath existing surface obstacles such as roadways, waterways, and environmentally sensitive areas. The project requires precision drilling to minimize surface disruption, ensure safety, and meet all applicable regulatory and environmental standards. The scope of work includes pre-construction planning, site evaluation, drilling operations, installation of conduits or pipelines, and post-installation restoration. Vendors should demonstrate expertise with modern HDD equipment, possess a proven track record of successful projects of similar size and complexity, and maintain a strong commitment to safety, quality control, and timely completion.
