ESTATE-11653 - USA (Bryan, Texas) - Community Housing Development Organization Funding Services - Deadline July 17,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide community housing development organization funding services to the government authority located in Bryan, TX.– Community housing development organizations certified by the agency and eligible to receive home investment partnerships program set–aside funding for the new development or acquisition and rehabilitation of affordable housing units for sale or lease to income–qualified households. – For those homes which are developed and sold to eligible and qualified low–to–moderate income households earning or less of the area median income, the city will provide of home down payment assistance to the purchaser at closing, to the extent funding is available, provided that the purchaser has submitted an approved down payment assistance application, completed homebuyer housing counselling through approved housing counselling agency, contributes at least toward the purchase, and is otherwise eligible.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 6, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
