Steam Cleaning and Soft Washing, Victory Landing - Re-Bid

The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Quotes (RFQ) is to solicit quotes to furnish/provide Steam Cleaning and Soft Washing of Victory Arch area located in Victory Landing Park. Qualified contractor shall have a minimum of five years’ experience and has successfully completed a previous monument similar in nature and size.
