With this mostly outdoor experience comes necessary refreshing of the sidewalk surfaces affected by the pedestrian traffic in the downtown vicinity. Power washing is needed in areas of the downtown: North Santa Cruz Ave. from Hwy 9 to Main St., Main St. from North Santa Cruz Ave. to the high school, University Ave. from Main St. to Elm St., the Library front patio, and the lower level a Parking Lot #4.
