LEGAL-17352 - USA (Mora, Minnesota) - Civil Legal Services - Deadline July 31,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide civil legal services to the government authority located in Mora, MN. – The scope includes general counsel work, land use and development, public improvements, employment matters, code enforcement and legal services to agency utilities (electric, water, and wastewater).  • Basic services shall include those legal services generally understood within the field of municipal law to fall within the category of “general counsel“ work, and shall include:– Provide routine legal advice and consultation (in person, by telephone, and in writing) to the agency.– Attend regular agency meetings and special meetings as requested.– Draft and review ordinances, resolutions, agreements, contracts, forms, notices, certificates, deeds, easements, and other documents as required.– Prepare and/or review municipal contracts, agreements, and leases, including but not limited to development agreements, joint powers agreements, construction contracts, telecommunication leases, and equipment purchase agreements.– Provide legal advice and opinions concerning matters that affect the agency.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
