(1) Vendor needs to provide tape and digital storage services to the government authority located in Massachusetts.– Provide Tape and Digital Storage to a qualified respondent for the Storage and destruction of both physical and electronic media.– Retention of both electronic and physical media– Storage on an online cloud for over the wire backups– Retention must meet data security requirements for handling physical media.– Storage facilities must be able to provide the security and environmental qualities for the storage of physical media.– Media transport and containers will be provided by awarded respondent.– Respondent will provide a web portal for the following uses;– Management of media retention.– Tracking of media storage.– Ad/Hoc servicing requests.– Reporting of activities related to the account.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2026.
