Aboveground and Underground Storage Tank Inspection Services, Maintenance, and LSRP Services

This solicitation seeks qualified contractors to provide comprehensive inspection, maintenance, and environmental compliance services for the Atlantic County Utilities Authority’s (ACUA) aboveground and underground storage tank systems across multiple facilities in Atlantic County, New Jersey. Services include routine and regulatory inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and system upkeep for tanks storing fuels, chemicals, and leachate, all in strict compliance with federal and New Jersey environmental regulations. The contract is structured into three service areas: ongoing tank maintenance and compliance inspections, five-year integrity inspections of tanks and associated piping systems, and Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) services. LSRP services include environmental investigation, remediation oversight, regulatory reporting, and issuance of Response Action Outcomes (RAOs) in accordance with the Site Remediation Reform Act and NJDEP requirements. ACUA is seeking experienced, responsive vendors capable of delivering high-quality technical services and regulatory expertise across critical infrastructure.
