EXTRA-72755 - USA (Salem, Oregon) - Language Proficency Assessment Services - Deadline July 31,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide language proficency assessment services for the following skills: Listening, speaking, reading, writing, and translating. Spanish is the most common language required for these assessments. Other languages may be requested, such as Russian, Vietnamese, Mandarin, Arabic, Cantonese, Korean, Amharic, Farsi, Somali, and Laotian. to the government authority located in Salem, OR.– Create, host and maintain a website/portal for Agency to access and facilitate the online scheduling of and preparation for the language proficiency tests– Provide Agency access to website User Guides– Provide pre–testing material resources for employees – e.g., provide study materials– Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ'S), demo tests to bilingual employees being certified;(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 17, 2026.(3) A contract term will be for two years.
