(1) Vendor needs to provide broadcasting services. • Professional radio broadcasting services that advance Area public health priorities, promote health education, and strengthen community engagement through accessible and culturally relevant programming.• Broadcast Government–approved PSAs to expand the reach of public health information, influence health behaviors, and improve access to critical health information in underserved communities.• Provide sufficient airtime for five (5) distinct thirty–second (30–second) PSAs, with each PSA being broadcast three (3) times per day, seven (7) days per week.• Provide consultation and technical assistance on PSA scheduling to maximize audience reach.• Develop and submit a detailed broadcast schedule for Government review and approval prior to the start of the performance period.• Broadcast approved PSAs on designated and agreed–upon radio stations.
