– Vendor needs to provide comprehensive corridor plan development service to the government authority located in Newark, NJ. – Provide strategic plan goals of powering a stronger and fairer economy and promoting a more sustainable future.– Workplan is designed to engage local communities, local government, and regional and state agencies involved in the many facets as it relates to crafting a collective vision for this extended corridor and the actionable strategies to achieve it.– Work plan also emphasizes public outreach to build support along the corridor and to better understand their community needs.– Services includes both corridor–wide and station area planning with a special emphasis on community development with sinclusive collaboration, while addressing climate change impacts along the proposed Light Rail Transit (LRT) corridor.– Provide comprehensive plan will build on past efforts to support and sustain established neighbourhoods and employment centers along the corridor, and to shape desired change in other opportunity areas.– Provide a framework for coordinated actions, creating a blueprint for success for all partners.
