(1) Vendor needs to provide transcript evaluation software.• Agency seeking an official transcript evaluation and articulation management software solution that will modernize and streamline the transfer credit evaluation process• Improve operational efficiency, enhance communication among departments, reduce manual processing, and provide more transparent experience for students, faculty, advisors, and evaluators, while supporting the full lifecycle of transcript receipt, evaluation, articulation, reporting, and long–term record management• The software should be able to review test score sheets, international translated transcripts, reports, PDFs, related to examinations and other methods of assessment not recorded as a course such as Joint Services Transcripts (JST), CLEP examinations, International Baccalaureate (IB), Advanced Placement (AP), etc.• The software should integrate seamlessly with Ellucian Banner on agency and support existing institutional workflows associated with transcript processing and articulation management.• The system should support imaging and indexing functions to improve accessibility and record retention(2) The contract period will be for one year.
