(1) Vendor needs to provide website build and design services using Drupal content management system.• Design and build a back–end media database where we can upload images, files, videos and other media and store that media for later use across the website.• Design and build a newsroom and media landing page that features contact information for our communications office, news releases, and other relevant information for members of the media.• The website must have a robust, effective search that returns relevant results.• Create the visual design and aesthetic elements of the website, including but not limited to colour palettes, font families/sizes/weights, spacing, button styles, headings, and other visual elements. • Design and build new or updated landing pages for each website section.• Enable search functionality for the entire website.• Design and build editorial user roles, permissions, and workflows for content management, as well as enabling content moderation for unpublished, draft, and published states.• Migrate specific content as agreed–upon at the end of the discovery phase.• Perform search engine optimization for the website.(2) A pre–bid conference will be held on June 04, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than June 11, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for one year.
