MCO TRAIN STATION JANITORIAL MAINTENANCE

The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority, Orlando International Airport, Orlando, Florida, (Aviation Authority) is soliciting sealed Proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide all labor, supervision, management oversight, training, materials, equipment, tools, vehicles, submissions, reports, consumables, uniforms, janitorial cleaning supplies (except hand soap, trash liners, and baling wire), paper products (except paper towels and toilet tissue), trash can inserts, fuel, oil, lubricants, f eminine hygiene products, and toilet seat covers a nd all other items with no markup necessary or proper for, or incidental to, performing janitorial maintenance of the specified areas identified in the Janitorial Cleaning Sheets, located at the Orlando International Airport (MCO) Train Station, in accordance with the Contract Documents.
