General work description: The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (the “Aviation Authority”) is soliciting sealed Proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide all labor, supervision, management oversight, training, materials, equipment, tools, vehicles, submissions, reports, consumables, uniforms, janitorial cleaning supplies (except hand soap, trash liners and baling wire), paper products (except paper towels and toilet tissue), feminine hygiene products, toilet seat covers, trash can inserts, fuel, oil, lubricants, and all other items with no markup necessary or proper for, or incidental to, performing janitorial maintenance of the Terminals A and B areas and Airsides identified in the Janitorial Cleaning Sheets located at the Orlando International Airport (MCO) North Terminal, in accordance with the Contract Documents.
