Landscape and Turf Maintenance Services for Fire Stations

The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms (the “Offeror” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and proposals will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals to furnish/provide annual landscape & turf maintenance services for eleven (11) City Fire stations and the one (1) Fire Training facility that is included as a part of Station 5. The City reserves the right to remove or add sites and/or services during the contract period(s).
