The Marin Housing Authority (MHA) is a public corporation responsible for providing affordable, safe housing for low- to moderate-income residents. MHA manages properties, housing programs, and partnerships in Marin County, California. Currently, MHA owns, partners, and/or manages ten developments of United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) public housing, 100 Tax Credit Units, and over 3,200 Section 8 Tenant Housing Vouchers. MHA has two offices and approximately 54 employees. MHA invites qualified, licensed, and insured entities to submit proposals for providing the General Contracting services described below. If you submit a bid, please make sure it conforms with the requirements/ specifications outlined in this document and attachments.
