On-Call General Contractor Services

The Monterey Peninsula Regional Park District (MPRPD) is responsible for the maintenance of multiple public park sites and amenities within the Monterey Peninsula Regional Park District. MPRPD is inviting proposals from licensed and qualified general contractors (Contractor) to provide on-call, minor construction and repair services, as needed, for MPRPD. The Contractor will be required to provide a full range of repair, minor construction, maintenance, and emergency services in support of the Operations and Maintenance Division. It is the MPRPD's intent to award several contracts to different General Contractors who can provide on-call support as needed. On-call service is intended to be on a 24 hour-a-day, 7 day-a-week, basis. Approved and contracted Contractors will be provided a scope of work and required to provide a fee for services per project.
