(1) Vendor needs to provide vehicle broker services to the government authority located in Washington.– Commissioned vehicle sales services to dispose of surplus light–duty passenger vehicles– Sales Coordinator Responsibilities:– Inspect each vehicle upon receipt to confirm/document physical condition– After receipt of vehicles for Sales inventory– Develop and maintain a bi–weekly schedule for inspecting, starting, and running each vehicle, ensuring all surplus vehicles are drivable and in good physical condition during the term of the contract.– Jump–start and fuel vehicles as needed. A fleet fuel card will be provided by County.(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on July 15, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
