RFQ #26045 - On-Call Architectural and Engineering (A&E) Services

The County intends to establish a pool of qualified consultants through award of Master Services Agreements (MSAs). The County is requesting SOQs through this RFQ #26045 for on-call architectural and engineering services to plan and design County projects of various sizes and complexities. The successful A&E firms will support all phases of programming, planning, design, permitting, and construction administration for these projects. The A&E Firm must comply with all local, state, and federal regulations and must be capable of providing all necessary materials and supervision during the entire term of the MSA. Further, the A&E firms will support the County’s efforts to acquire and develop necessary land and infrastructure. This support will include the development of specific design development criteria and/or construction documents such as detailed plans and specifications for project delivery and construction.
